Video Game Villain - Slash and Rady

I'm requesting a villain for Liberty's game, Bounce Bunny Extreme, which Bun-Bun-chan is from. Not the main villain, though, since Liberty already mentioned Over-Evil-kun in her original description of the game. Instead, I'm submitting a duo of bumbling henchmen.

Names: Eventual Rainbow Slash and Dark Rady
Game: Bounce Bunny Extreme
Appearance: Eventual Rainbow Slash is a long-haired bishounen swordsman with a sword that looks like a giant carrot. Dark Rady is his busty partner who seems to be permanently cackling with her haughty, shrill laugh at practically all times. They have matching outfits, with a carrot-skull emblem on the chest, except Dark Rady's outfit has a skirt instead of pants.
Role: Together Eventual Rainbow Slash and Dark Rady work for Over-Evil-kun and try to slow down Bun-Bun-chan. They serve as recurring mini-bosses at the end of each stage, where they always seem to have recovered the tablets moments before Bun-Bun-chan got to them. They use different strategies each time, and Bun-Bun-chan must figure out how to dodge their attacks until they accidentally defeat each-other.
